I integrate techniques from evidence-based models such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychoeducation. Clients have praised my ability to effect positive life changes, helping them navigate and overcome significant negativity and challenges. I specialize in offering culturally sensitive therapy to diverse communities across Ontario.
