Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a top priority for me. When you share any information, it won't leave my room; that means, it won’t be disclosed to anyone without written signed consent from you. The privacy and security of your data are always protected by software that complies with PHIPA regulations- the extraordinary circumstances as outlined under the law will apply!
- You are at risk of harming yourself or someone else.
- Someone under the age of 16 is being harmed/abused
- You are involved in a court matter, and the judge subpoenas your file.
Privacy Policy
I am using Canada's most secure platform, called Owl Practice. A web-based Electronic Medical Record enabling PHIPA professional compliance. It equally meets the requirements of college, provincial and federal regulations. Your information is securely stored in Owl secure server and all video sessions are fully encrypted. Payment Policy
I accept e-transfers and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Please ask your insurance company regarding the maximum benefit per year.
Cancellation Policy
Emergencies happen; if you cannot attend your therapy session, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the total rate.
