My therapeutic style is centred on commitment and compassion respect and trust. These values guide me to offer the best in me and it helps me to acquire insight, create priorities and a determination to change. My approach to therapy is to include techniques from evidence-based models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and Trauma) DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), Emotion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Culturally Sensitive Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Psychoeducation.

My clients have honoured me for bringing about a change in their lives from a multitude of negativity and challenges that they could not cope with. My skills are catered to providing culturally sensitive therapy to any diverse communities in Ontario.

Meet Manjusha

I am a registered Social Worker and a Psychotherapist , with an experience of over 15 years to help people to stay positive and embrace challenges in life. Right from my early days, I had my inner calling to help people fight their mental illness which is deeply rooted within them. Thus, pursuing a course in Social Work was my obvious choice. I have been dedicatedly helping people to positively transform their lives and bring about a change in their daily routine. I am someone who experienced an array of life setbacks and life transitions that threw me off balance as I tried to keep up with all my responsibilities. I can provide a listening ear, a safe non-judgmental space and compassion. It is always an incredible feeling to see somebody's life changed for the better, and I am proud to say that I have played a part in helping many people achieve their goals. I can be your supporter, enabler and can provide you that space to share your challenges with me freely. I am also committed to walk along with you to unpack, uncover your most painful memories and inner fear. The journey we will walk together will make you more aware of who you are, where you belong to and take measured steps towards positivity. I strongly believe in the concept of positive psychology as it enables individuals to unleash their strengths and potentials.
